What is orientation? Orientation is designed to assess your current physical fitness level. Everyone has a starting point. We need to establish where you're at in the beginning so we can see your progress. More importantly it helps you to see results. You'll be amazed at the results after the first 6 weeks. Then you'll be able to maintain your fitness and get even stronger with future sessions. Orientation will be held at:

The boot camp training will begin promptly at 5:30 a.m. At that time, we'll be meeting at:

Things you'll need the day of boot camp:
• Comfortable exercise clothes
• Good pair of running shoes
• Hand towel (optional)
• Exercise mat
• Two 5–10 lb. dumbbells
• Bottle of water
• Weightlifting gloves (optional)
• A positive attitude and willingness to get fit
